There were a couple of women in the bar at the beginning (the singer, the bartender), but I don't think they were ever named, and they had almost no dialogue, and none with each other.

This is exactly why the Bechdel test can't be seen as relevant every time without looking at the context. A film set on a German U-boat would contain any women. Like most militaries of the time the Kriegsmarine didn't allow women to serve as anything but nurses, and why would there be any nurses in this film.
