Sorry, I was wrong; Laura and Dolly did sort of say things towards each other although mostly Dolly talked at the absent-minded, pensive Laura. When Laura did responded, it was about the doctor (a man).

Could we change it to 2?

There are quite a lot of conversations between women in this movie and not all are about men. Good examples come from the conversations involving Myrtle the tea shop owner - Dolly gets a brandy from her for Celia and later Celia buys tea. Nothing prolonged, but enough to pass the test.

This film is a full on pass. Laura, Dolly, Mrs. Bagot, Beryl and Mary Norton talk to each other about so many things unrelated to men. For example when Laura feels sick, Dolly and mrs. Bagot talk about her and getting her a drink.

I've updated the rating from 2/3 to 3/3.
