Asaf disagreed with the rating and said:
Saying this movie didn't pass is like saying a monoluge won't pass because it has only one character in it.
We've got 3 central characters, in which one of them is a girl and 2 are'nt either. We hardly got anything to blame, and note that we don't even have a men's dialogue (if I remember correctly).

I agree with the rating and disagree with Asaf. Although Mike and Sully aren't "human", they are male. Boo, Celia, and Roz (although she is voiced by a man) are all female characters, but none of them interact with each other.

I think this passes, actually, though I wouldn't say it's great, I do think you can argue it either way.

Boo and Celia do interact and it is not about men but about how scary she is.

Boo and Roz interact and it is not about men but again Boo's situation.

Flint is a named character voiced by Bonnie Hunt that trains the newbies.

Lena disagreed with the rating and said:
Boo and a teacher interact, the teacher asks her name to which she replies ‘Mike Wazowski”. This might mean they are talking about a man.
