This raucous comedy features Tilly the Tomboy and her female sidekick as they wreak havoc left, right and centre. It's a silent film, so it's not absolutely certain that they're not talking about men, but it's a safe bet that they're more likely to be plotting their next outrage.

The rating is right but not for the reason given: the two women named are Tilly (in the title), and a woman whose name figures in the first card: "Be kind to old Mrs Smith" (she is duly mistreated by the dreadful duo). Tilly's sidekick is not named in this film, though other sources name her as "Sally".
