Clue's female characters regularly discuss their own backgrounds and the crime.

Even with the sheer amount of dialogue between the female members of the cast, I'm having a hard time remembering any dialogue that wasn't about a man.

I cannot find a single conversation between the four named female characters (Yvette, Mrs. White, Mrs. Peacock, and Miss Scarlet) that is not about a man. There are very few conversations that involve just the female characters and not the male characters, and those conversations involve their crimes - which are all centered around men.

There are two incidences in the film where women speak to each other about things other than men:

Miss Scarlett: Would you like to see these Yvette? They might shock you.

Yvette: No, thank you. I am a lady.

Miss Scarlett: And how do you know what sort of pictures they are if you’re such a lady?

Mrs. Peacock: Uh, is there a little girl’s room in the hall?

Yvette: Oui oui, Madame.

[points]

Mrs. Peacock: No, I just want to powder my nose.

Here's another one.
Mrs. Peacock - How did you know it was unlocked? How did you that you could get at the gun?
Yvette - I didn't! I think I would break it open, but it was open already.
Mrs. Peacock - A likely story!
