The only conversations between two named women are the two occasions when Lydia and Anne meet, and nearly all they talk about is men, with just a few lines about something else. Furthermore, they only meet to set Lydia up with Parry, so their whole conversation is based on a man. Hence it's dubious whether this does actually pass the test.

Anne and Lydia speak about their nails ($40, etc.) and have an awkward conversation about getting a drink.

I'd say it counts; only one conversation between two named characters is acceptable.

The conversation between Anne and Lydia is a definite pass.

Their scene together is quite long, and their conversation covers many topics. Yes, they talk about men, but they talk about lots of other things as well. Ironically, Lydia actually complains at one point that her mother only ever nags her about her love life.

Does talking about failing the Bechdel Test count as a pass of the Bechdel Test?
