Apparently "what women want" is not to ever talk to one another. Especially not if it's about something other than men. Lol I really dislike this movie's portrayal of women.

Well, lipstick goes along with gender roles. They didn't talk about anything intellectual.

It is, admitedly, brief, but two female characters discuss with each other potential selling targets in the morning meeting until Nick interrupts them.

About half hour into the movie Nick is talking to a group of woman about ideas to advertise certain products like lipstick and headache tablets. After Nick gives his idea that everyone hates, Darcy addresses a woman by her name "Gina" and they start talking about their ideas on advertising Advil headache tablets. Admittedly this Gina is a very minor character and the only a small part of this conversation is heard though.

Alex and Gigi talk about Alex's curfew and how they'll miss each other.  Darcy and Dina talk about advertising ideas for Advil, though this conversation is frequently interrupted by a male character. Sadly, these instances are few and far between, but they count nonetheless.
