Bechdel Test Movie List

The female protagonist is a little girl (Priscilla Williams) who has conversations with another female character, her mother (Joyce Williams). The film begins with the two of them in a train compartment talking about India. They also talk about the protagonist's grandfather who lives in India. There is a later scene where Priscilla expresses her desire to go back home, but her mother explains that India is their new home. The scene includes discussion on the girl's grandfather as well, however. (These scenes, as far as I understand, still pass the test.) In a later scene, Priscilla talks about the rules of the army base, where they live, with her mother; in this conversation, they do not even mention a man. So that's a clear pass at least.
