Lora/Yori is the only female character in this film, so it clearly does not pass the Bechdel test.

Though played by the same actress, Lora and Yori are two separate characters. If it's based on female characters, rather than who plays them, it passes the first step.

Brian-M disagreed with the rating and said:
Polenth is right. Dr. Lora Baines is Yori's programmer.

One is a flesh-and-blood woman, the other an anthropomorphic computer program. Not the same person at all.

Therefore this movie does have two named women in it, and so passes the first test.

(Mostly adding this comment in order to tick the "I disagree with the rating" box, because Polenth forgot to.)

I think this movie fails.
Yori is not a woman. Arguably the programs Flynn meets are not anthropomorphic either, Flynn just visualises them that way because he recognises some of the traits of their programmers.
