One is a flesh-and-blood woman, the other an anthropomorphic computer program. Not the same person at all.
Therefore this movie does have two named women in it, and so passes the first test.

Yori is not a woman. Arguably the programs Flynn meets are not anthropomorphic either, Flynn just visualises them that way because he recognises some of the traits of their programmers.
