1 - There is a full female crew, the artificial intelligences on both ships are women (one is definitely a flesh and blood woman, the other remains a robotic entity). I'm not sure if they are all named though. But I think that passes the first point.
2 - They talk to each other when their ship is boarded by the inquisitors' ship.
3 - They talk mainly about the ship (which is definitely female).
